3. 要求查數會員須安排擔保人承擔要求查數會員未能清還的債務 

4. 完成1, 2, 3 後由主席(團長)委任香港會計師工會獨立的專業會計師依照香港核數準則核數. 
5. 報告將於收妥後7天内速遞合要求查數會員. 

6. 核數費用低於預繳核數費用, 餘額必須全數撥捐本會.
